We have an exciting opportunity for an EVS Manager (hands on) for one of our hospital accounts in Shelbyville, IN. You will bring your leadership skills to lead our team of EVS techs/housekeepers.

**You are subject to the following conditions of employment:

Background Check, Drug screening, fingerprint screening.

Providing leadership to the management and housekeeping team for EVS operations. Must be able to pass a drug test, and background check.

  • Responsible for leading an hourly workforce and duties include recruiting, mentoring, and corrective action when needed
  • Drive client and resident satisfaction scores
  • Provide a clean, safe environment for residents and staff
  • Ability to collaborate with hospital staff within all departments
  • Thorough understanding and compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies
  • Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world-class service
  • Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, equipment, and hospital budgets

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2-3 plus years of management experience in a long-term care, hospital, or relative housekeeping role leading an hourly workforce, preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: PM 2ND SHIFT (2PM-MIDNIGHT)

Salary: $50,000-$60,000/yr
