This person has a solid understanding of systems design, clean APIs, Core Data, and concurrent code. Technically, this person is experienced in Swift and Objective-C development, with a track record of shipping high quality code. Success includes someone that enjoys exploring new technologies in order to stay current, but balances the use of new and old to ensure that execution is priority.
This position is based in any of our three offices, and remote options are available. A pilot-coder, or individual looking to pursue their private pilot license, is a plus. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k) with matching, and flight training reimbursement.
Requirements

• Required
  
  • 5 years of software engineering experience in iOS development
  • 3 years of experience with Objective-C / Swift
  • Familiarity with Core Data or other data persistence technologies
  • Solid understanding of concurrency, threading, and memory management
  • Comfortable working primarily on infrastructure code and supporting the teams that build on top of it
  • Unit Testing
