Ford Storage has multiple office openings in the Inventory Specialist/Account Rep position. This an office position that coordinates all aspects of service for our regional accounts. No Sales!

The qualified person to join our team of superstars would possess the following qualifications:

• Talent to interact with and communicate effectively with our national account customers, fellow office staff and warehouse staff.
• Quick learner who can learn on the job with the ability to switch gears and function in an environment with constant interruptions.
• Great time management skills.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision at times.
• Capable of high-level multitasking while still providing exceptional accuracy.
• Competent to manage large volumes of emails.
• General knowledge of Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word, Excel.
• AS400 / SAP knowledge a plus

Tasks include but are not limited to Billing/Invoicing, keeping paperwork flowing, tracking customer inventories, maintaining a great relationship with accounts.

Wage $21.00 hr start. Normal hours worked is 40-45-no weekends.
