For more than 70 years, Ford's Produce has provided quality fruits and vegetables throughout North Carolina. As a wholesaler, receiver, distributor and importer of a huge line of fruits and vegetables from all over the world, we are proud to serve some of the finest restaurants and grocery stores in North Carolina that just happen to be located close to home.

We are looking for highly motivated, friendly, detail oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Worker. Duties include but are not limited to:

Loading and unloading trucks, stocking, order picking, re-packing, assist with handling products including herb and produce grading, weighing, counting, boxing, repackaging, and labeling, and cleaning the warehouse, coolers, offices, windows, break room, bathrooms, dock, etc. Communicate with supervisor effectively regarding workplace concerns. Comply with company policies, especially regarding food safety, workplace safety, and code of conduct.

The hours and shifts for this position are Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week. Hours a 4am-1pm. Every other Saturday required.

Pay is $15/hr

Potential to earn more per hour and bonuses after training.

Requirements:

- HS Diploma or GED

- Must pass criminal background check.

- Must pass pre-employment drug screen

- Must pass pre- employment math and reading testing

- Must be available on Saturdays

- Some warehouse experience preferred

- Able to lift 50lb frequently and 51-100lbs occasionally
