Ford's Produce is seeking friendly, hard working, honest folks to fill 1 order picker position 1am-10am. Mon-Sat, every other Saturday off, NO SUNDAYS!!
Position Summary:
Work from order pull tickets. Select, gather, label and stack good quality products on pallet according to pull ticket. Stage items and check with pull ticket for accuracy and quality. Weigh items, load trucks, pack/repair packages. Report items which are short and/or have quality issues. Majority of items pulled weigh 40 or more pounds. Must meet accuracy/production requirements in order to remain as order picker. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
Selecting, inspecting, labeling and stacking of boxes/bags/pallets of product by hand utilizing motorized hand truck, forklift, handcart or electric jack. Loading delivery trucks or customer vehicles on site. Grading, boxing and rotating product. Cleaning coolers, and any other assigned areas utilizing designated cleaning materials which are in compliance with GHS requirements.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
* Must pass pre employment drug screen
* Must pass pre employment criminal background check
* Must be able to work in Raleigh, NC

Health insurance paid by employer on first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Pay is: $16.00/hr plus bonus HOURS: 1am-10am, Monday- Saturday with every other Saturday off. NO SUNDAYS!!
