ForceMetrics is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Denver, CO

DescriptionAt ForceMetrics, we’re on a mission to transform decision-making for safer communities. We’re helping public safety and government agencies better utilize data to make context-driven decisions for the benefit of the community, and we’re looking for a talented Client Success Manager who will be pivotal in making that happen.
By streamlining data exploration and analytics across legacy government systems, ForceMetrics is providing rapid access to vital information and empowering responders to make better, more informed decisions in the moment.
The Marketing Manager will be a key member of the team responsible for increasing brand awareness, managing our social media presence, designing engaging websites, creating impactful one-pagers, and coordinating with third-party PR firms. You will work closely with ForceMetrics leadership, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance our brand and drive engagement.
As an early member of the ForceMetrics team, you'll have many opportunities to forge our best practices and create areas of ownership for yourself.
Proven leader with a history of accomplishments, including turning initiatives into flagship programs and developing customer success in a B2G SaaS company.
RequirementsHow You Will Have Impact
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
  • Manage, develop, and grow ForceMetrics' social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Design, maintain, and update the company website to ensure it is user-friendly and optimized for conversion
  • Create compelling one-pagers and other marketing collateral to support sales and customer success teams
  • Coordinate with third-party PR firms to enhance ForceMetrics' public relations efforts
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns
  • Manage and coordinate trade shows and conferences to promote ForceMetrics' brand and solutions
Who You Might Be
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role
  • Expertise in social media management and content creation
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in website design and management, including experience with CMS platforms
  • Ability to create visually appealing and informative one-pagers and other marketing materials
  • Experience working with third-party PR firms and managing PR campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on marketing performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of many.

  • Experience in public safety, government, or technology sectors
  • Previous experience in an early-stage tech startup
  • Knowledge of data analytics and its application in marketing strategies
  • Previous law enforcement experience
  • Experience in developing and enhancing brands and brand awareness.
  • Experience in Public Safety and/or government sales
  • Deep expertise in Customer Success Methodology, Renewal & Expansion Strategies, and Leadership built on teamwork and peer cooperation
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution
