As a Career Development Trainer & Coordinator, you will take on a multifaceted role, responsible for designing and delivering career development training programs while coordinating related activities. The Career Development Trainer & Coordinator creates and monitors training plans to ensure suitable course content. This position teaches some courses and mentors other instructors. This position involves working closely with individuals to enhance their professional skills, managing training logistics, and ensuring the overall success of career development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design, develop, and update career development training programs based on industry needs and trends.
Create engaging and interactive content, incorporating a variety of instructional methods.
Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions for individuals seeking to enhance their career-related skills.
Provide guidance on resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
Facilitate workshops on professional development and industry-specific skills.
Individual Coaching:
Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to address specific career development needs.
Provide constructive feedback on resumes, cover letters, and interview performance.
Resource Coordination:
Coordinate with external trainers, industry experts, and educational institutions for specialized training sessions.
Manage the distribution of relevant resources, training materials, and tools.
Program Coordination:
Plan, organize, and coordinate career development events, workshops, and seminars.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participant progress, and feedback.
Generate reports on the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
Community Engagement:
Establish and maintain partnerships with local employers, industry associations, and educational institutions.
Attend community events to promote and represent the organization's career development initiatives.
