The Penn-Ohio Cigar Company is searching for a part-time Sales Associate to work approximately 10 hours a week at their Sharon, PA retail store.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. If you have an interest in cigars and enjoy working in an enjoyable atmosphere, we would love to hear from you.

Shifts: 9:30am - 3:00p or 3:00pm - 7:30pm

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Assist customers with purchases, including operating the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Opening and closing the store
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
• Stock humidor
• Maintain a clean and organized store
• Must be able to deal with smoke, as smoking cigars is allowed in our establishment

Experience:

• Familiar with computers and Point of Sale experience is a plus
• Attention to detail and organized
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
