Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Director to lead our educational institution. The Center Director will oversee all aspects of the center's operations, ensuring a nurturing and educational environment for both students and staff.

Duties:

- Develop and implement educational programs in line with the institution's mission
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to enhance the center's offerings
- Conduct strategic planning to drive growth and excellence in education
- Monitor and evaluate the center's performance against set goals and objectives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with at least one class in leadership
- Previous experience in an educational leadership role
- Strong budgeting skills to manage financial resources effectively
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
