For Each 1 Reach 1 Mentoring Program Inc & Reach Academy in Brooksville, FL is looking for an admin assistant with human resource experience to join our team. We are located on 7318 Sunshine Grove Rd.

Nature of Assignment

Time sheets, payroll, training, orientations, compliance, etc.

This is a part time position 4 hours per day 5 days per week 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications:

Must pass a level 2 background screening.

Associate Degree or higher

Minimum of five (3) years administrative office experience

Proficient use of grammar, spelling, and punctuation and skilled in composing and typing letters, memorandums, reports, with the ability to communicate and convey ideas effectively and in a professional manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate to document and articulate all concerns accurately and clearly, as intended.

Demonstrated initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment and work without direct supervision and with a high sense of urgency and follow-up.

Ability to manage multiple duties concurrently and accurately complete assigned duties within a specified timeline and meeting deadlines as directed.

Advanced computer and software knowledge and skills

Able to manage time.

Well, organized.

Ability to make sound judgement.

Proficient with most mainstream office software and computer skills.

Payroll experience.

Ability to adapt to change.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
