Position: Pickleball Assistant

Rate: $15.75/hour

As a Pickleball Assistant, you will help grow the Pickleball program and provide outstanding customer service. Answer inquiries about the program, rates, policies, and procedures. Supervise and direct the program and players during scheduled sessions ensuring participants are following the correct rules and regulations.

This position will assist the Pickleball Supervisor in class instruction. At times, the Assistant will be responsible for teaching classes independently.
Experience and Skills:

About You
Our ideal candidate will have:

• Pickleball instructional experience. Rating of 3.5 or higher preferred.
• Experience with supervising youth and adults preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications preferred, required within 60 days of hire.

Minimum qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• One year Pickleball playing or instructional experience.
