Warehouse Associate

Happy Feet Plus (a Foot Solutions company), the Florida Gulf Coast’s premier source for healthy footwear since 1985, is seeking an experienced warehouse associate for It's Largo headquarters.

This position is a full time, includes benefits, and offers competitive compensation that is dependent on experience.

Well qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

- A minimum of one to two years working in a warehouse environment, including receiving inbound shipments, processing outbound shipments, inspecting purchase orders for accuracy, and daily warehouse inventory pulls.

- Inventory management, including cycle counts, RTVs, and inventory corrections.

• Working for a multi-store or multi-channel retail company.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• The ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and shift between different tasks quickly.
• A strong work ethic and the willingness to stay busy and look for tasks to complete.
• Demonstrated ability to take direction well and make necessary performance adjustments.
• Some experience driving a box truck and a clean driving record (this position will also serve as a backup driver for store deliveries as needed).

Physical requirements:

• Must be physically fit and able to climb a flight of stairs many times a day.
• Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to load and unload trucks containing dozens of cartons.
