Description

A competent individual that will be involved in every aspect warehouse operations including logistics, receiving, inventory, picking, kitting, packaging & shipping.

• Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments, label diligently.

• Enter Good Receipt into SAP either via PO or via Invoice. 

• Promptly put away received items into appropriate locations throughout the warehouse.

• Post daily receipts into Microsoft teams.

• Verify physical and virtual locations match, report any anomalies.

• Cycle count warehouse locations.

• Pick items require for Work Orders & Sales Orders.

• Build Kits based on Work Orders, label diligently. 

• Sign into and Close Work Orders. 

• Package items required for Sales Orders, secure and wrap all pallets. 

• Add Sales Orders to Deliveries virtually.

• Process Deliveries in StarShip, label diligently. 

• Verify tracking numbers in SAP.

• Organize shipments according to courier and confirm pickup. 

• Load LTL shipments and file paperwork. 

• Restock shipping materials, make Purchase Requests when needed. 

• Maintain a professional and polite attitude to all customers and team members.

• Provide requested information quickly and accurately.

Requirements

2 years experience in warehouse operations:

o Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook.

o SAP B1 or Equivalent

o StarShip shipping software or Equivalent.

o Understanding of Work Orders and Sales Orders

· Forklift Certification (Training can be provided). 

· Proven track record of contributing to and working on a team.

· Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
