Foot Solutions Inc. is seeking a proactive and creative Local Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our local stores through innovative local marketing strategies, engaging store events, and effective local media buying. Responsibilities:

• Local Store Events: Plan, execute, and analyze performance of in-store events aimed at boosting local brand visibility and customer engagement. Collaborate with store managers to ensure events are tailored to local demographics and company goals.
• Media Buying: Manage local media planning and buying. Develop relationships with local media outlets, specific communities and local businesses to secure cost-effective advertising solutions. Optimize and track ROI from local media campaigns.
• Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance local market penetration and align with our overall brand objectives.
• Cross-location Collaboration: Work with managers across different locations to share best practices and insights. Ensure consistency in brand messaging while allowing for local customization.
• Analytics: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing reports and actionable insights to senior management.
• Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the local marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum impact and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on local marketing and event management.
• Strong understanding of media buying, including negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
