Our growing organization is looking for a highly motivated and reliable Medical Assistant, to perform various office and clinical duties, to keep our fast-paced well-established clinic running efficiently. We are looking for a self-starter, someone who is reliable, a team player, dependable, and has excellent communication skills.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Room and interview patients
• Manage electronic medical records and patient notes
• Assist with office procedures
• Stock exam rooms and prepare injections daily
• Send electronic prescriptions
• Take digital x-rays
• Clean exam rooms after each patient
• Weekly inventory and ordering products for the clinic
• Perform various hands-on tasks with patients and assist physician with tasks in the exam room
• Assist patients over the phone
• Miscellaneous duties that arise throughout the day
• Provide overall support for our physicians and other office staff

Qualifications:

While you do not need to be certified as a medical assistant, these experiences preferred. You will be considered a strong candidate with the following:

• Hands-on patient experience
• Medical office experience
