We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team as a Revenue Supervisor. This is a full-time salaried hybrid position located at our corporate office in Honolulu, HI.

Essential Job Functions:

• Financial accounting and reporting in accordance with GAAP and other regulations.
• Maintenance and closing of financial records with established deadlines.
• Manage accounting staff, outsourcers, and accounting processes including but not limited to accounts receivables, billbacks, revenue management and store audits.
• Communicates with Revenue Manager to identify problems and solutions.
• Support of annual audits and reviews.
• Oversight of daily store audits.
• Review, research and resolve various credit card inquiries.
• Assist with the processing of credit card payments.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner, including researching issues and/or discrepancies.
• Data entry and review of financial transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
• Preparation of reports and summaries of financial data.
• Assess, document, execute and improve policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Working knowledge of POS operations to assist stores.
• Other accounting tasks and projects as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• 2 years of relevant professional experience in accounts receivable or accounting

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-directed; able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact with various customers internal/external.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, experience with Great Plains a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to sit.
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; occasionally carry up to 25 pounds.

Requires talking to employees, supervisors, managers, and executives; written communication to employees, supervisors, managers, and executives; responding to written or verbal requests; ready; composing written language; receiving verbal and written instructions.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in an office environment and the noise level is usually light.
