Fluency in Spanish is a must for this exciting opportunity with a leading manufacturing company situated in the North Los Angeles region. The plant, recently acquired, is seeking a dynamic Process Engineer to collaborate with the VP of Operations in enhancing both efficiency and productivity.

While the facility is currently performing well and boasts a clean environment with a dependable team, the company aims to transition some processes in-house due to reaching capacity limits. The selected candidate will face a creative challenge, as the equipment's scalability is limited. The key lies in refining work processes, optimizing layouts, and seizing various low-hanging fruit for quick impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Accumulated 1-3 years of post-college experience in manufacturing, with a preference for expertise in processes involving mixing, blending, packaging, and/or filling
• Essential fluency in Spanish is required, given that two-thirds of the workforce primarily communicate in Spanish
• Resides in the Santa Clarita/Simi Valley/Glendale area, as relocation assistance is not available
• Possesses demonstrable experience in optimization and process improvement initiatives
