We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Deli Associate to join our team. As a Deli Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our deli department. ```Responsibilities```
- Prepare and serve a variety of deli items such as sandwiches, salads, and hot foods
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area
- Receive and stock inventory as needed
- Follow proper food handling procedures
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
