Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Dairy Associate. As a Dairy Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the dairy department is well-stocked and organized. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock dairy products in an efficient and timely manner
- Rotate and check expiration dates of dairy products to ensure freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dairy department, including shelves, coolers, and displays
- Assist customers in locating and selecting dairy products
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to sell products by providing product information and making recommendations
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating inventory
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly dairy department
- Customer service experience in a retail setting is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of technology sales or wireless sales is beneficial
