Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Dairy Associate to join our team. As a Dairy Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dairy department, and ensuring the availability of fresh and high-quality dairy products.

Duties:
- Stocking and rotating dairy products on shelves and in refrigerated cases
- Checking product expiration dates and removing any expired items
- Ensuring proper handling and storage of dairy products to maintain freshness
- Assisting customers in locating and selecting dairy products
- Providing product recommendations and answering customer inquiries
- Operating cash registers and processing customer transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the dairy department, including cleaning spills and sanitizing surfaces
- Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals and targets

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus
