Il Cervo is currently looking for you, an experienced hospitality professional hoping to showcase their skills in a brand new 10,000-square foot, high-end Italian restaurant. Il Cervo’s menu features hand-rolled pasta, homemade mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and dry-aged steaks served Florentine-style, and will boast an Italian focused wine list with over 300 labels. Position: Bouncer

Work Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Compensation: $18-$20/hour

Position Summary:

Bouncers ensure a safe and well-organized restaurant for guests and team members. The Bouncer position is responsible for monitoring and enforcing capacity restrictions, kindly guiding guests to appropriate areas of the restaurant for bar and table service, and ensuring guests follow all restaurant policies. 

Job Requirements:

• Courteous and friendly personality is required 
• Observant and thorough 
• Responsible, punctual, and team player 
• Experience in de-escalation
• Must be available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday until 1:30am 
• No previous experience is needed
