As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Duties: - Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks - Take customer orders and ensure accurate preparation and timely delivery of drinks - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their overall experience - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area during busy periods or events Requirements: - Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment - Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and calculating drink costs - Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Must be at least 21 years old due to the nature of the position Join our team today and showcase your bartending skills while creating memorable experiences for our valued customers!
