Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, menu items, and promotions
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and menu options
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
