Focused Support LLC is a small software company based in Logan, UT, with additional offices in Columbia, MD and Huntsville, AL. We make software for the US Air Force and are working on some cool projects that directly contribute to keeping our country safe.

Responsibilities:

• Create UI mockups and prototypes
• Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts
• Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines
• Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers
• Assist in the generation of user documentation, training, marketing materials, and other documentation.
• Create unique graphic designs (images, icons, sketches, tables)
• Occasional basic video editing

Qualifications:

• US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED for security clearance
• A four year degree in design or related field, or commensurate experience
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
