UI Designer

Development Simplified is seeking to hire a creative full-time UI Designer to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about designing and building quality products. This role requires someone with experience designing user interfaces, leading, and collaborating with our clients and us to provide compelling and beautiful designs.

• Saas
• Mobile and web apps
• e-Learning platform
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integrations

What you'll do:

• We are collaborating with Developers, Designers, and other stakeholders, working together to create visually pleasing applications and beautiful digital products.
• Partner with developers and designers to iterate on UX flows, transform them into engaging UI designs, and ensure design integrity.
• Deliver visual design components and assets across a range of platforms.
• Manage, maintain, and contribute to existing design systems.
• Elevate our UI design craft and help the entire team level up their work.
• Be autonomous. Take full ownership of your work.

• You continually seek to refine and improve your craft and iterate on designs.
• You have a portfolio of work you can share with us.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience in the field.
• Proficient with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, space, iconography, color, and texture to design beautiful UI and help people navigate digital products.
• Background in UI design.
