Job Description:
We are an early-stage company seeking to pair our deep industry and technical talent with your UI/UX design experience to build our client platform from the ground up. As a User Interface Designer, you will be responsible for creating interfaces that are simple to use, address the needs of diverse users and, ultimately, create clarity from data.
This is a part-time contract role, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the company grows. We prefer a hybrid work arrangement, leaning toward remote, with regular in-person collaboration sessions that fit your schedule.

The Data Quality Co-op is dedicated to elevating consumer insights and market research through increased trust and transparency in data. Similar to how ratings agencies improve financial markets, the Data Quality Co-op helps both buyers and suppliers of consumer data simplify quality management programs, prevent fraud loss and better differentiate their data and insights products through increased transparency into the quality and provenance of 1st party data.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive user interfaces based on user needs and business requirements
- Collaborate with the founding team to create a product for buyers and suppliers
- Conduct user acceptance testing to gather feedback for iterative improvements
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Incorporate visual design elements to enhance the overall user experience
Requirements:
- Proven design experience with a strong portfolio
- Familiarity with User Experience (UX) principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
