Overview:
The Property Manager in our Greenville SC location has the opportunity to be involved in one of the most exciting mixed use developments in the Upstate region and help build Flywheel’s membership community.
Flywheel is the anchor tenant of Crescent One, the first building to come online at the 10.2 acre Crescent Innovation District on Poinsett Highway just north of downtown. Flywheel’s 27,000 square feet includes 40 pre-furnished private offices and suites, 60 open-plan coworking stations, large and small meeting spaces, seminar rooms and conference space for events of up to 300 attendees. There are eight additional tenant suites in the building ranging from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet, or combined over 20,000 square feet of additional space. Amenities include 140 parking spaces, a large daylit atrium, a social commons living room with a self-service beverage bar, mail service, virtual mail, and copy / print facilities for members. Flywheel has a dedicated high-speed fiber internet connection with 1 gig up/down bandwidth for members.
Responsibilities:
The Property Manager's daily responsibilities include assistance with Flywheel operations and facility management as well as general building and tenant management duties. Facility responsibilities will include maintenance, service contracts, and landscaping vendors, inspecting facilities and equipment, regularly inspecting the property, and making sure all common areas are well maintained.
The Property Manager will assist the Community Manager with the preparation of the annual property management budget. Tenant management responsibilities include showing the property to prospective tenants, managing tenant rent and fee payments, settling disturbances and complaints from tenants, and responding to service tickets.
