Flynn, Parker-Ross & Associates is a small law firm in downtown Joliet, IL specializing in family law. We are fast paced and our goal is to be compassionate with our clients. We focus mostly on dissolution, parentage, support, DCFS appeals, and guardianships.

Our firm is seeking a experienced Paralegal who can take initiative to be proactive in problem solving, and will assist in providing our attorneys with the information they need, when they need it.

  • Drafting pleadings.
  • Scheduling.
  • Communicate with clients and assist in preparing legal documents.
  • Handling discovery.
  • Research, analyze, and summarize information for use by attorneys.
  • Maintain client case files.
  • Correspondence, copying, and filing.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree (Required)
  • Family Law: 2 years (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $49,920.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid sick time
  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

  • No travel

Ability to Relocate:

  • Joliet, IL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
