Our ideal candidate would have exceptional communication skills, a commitment to achieving high accuracy, and attention to detail with a no-task-too-little approach in their ethic. This position is responsible for performing ongoing administrative and secretarial support services of a complex and often confidential nature for the CEO and COO within the company. This candidate would help communicate the project's goals, objectives, and scope while creating a project plan outlining the required tasks, timelines, and resources. Communicates with the project team and monitors progress to ensure that the project stays on track for communication. The candidate should also be able to work well independently and be flexible enough to be directed as needed. This role is centered around providing provisional support to the CEO and COO.
The Executive Assistant position will assist the CEO and COO for numerous businesses in
Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Set investor meetings and communicate occasionally with investors. Determine the nature of
support. Operates personal computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters and
other materials.
● Event coordination
● Assisted executives with office management training and procedures and supported
the front desk administration.
● Communication Liaison- Will serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and other
departments, teams, and external stakeholders or as assigned.
● Provide strategic Support and exceptional administrative support.
● Edit documents and create high-level business manuals and procedures
● Responsible for documentation of meetings and keeping detailed minutes.
● Information Management- Responsible for gathering and providing information for high
decision-making. IE: Market research, industry trends, competitor analysis, and more
● Maintain and manage special product orders and ensure resource availability and allocation
● Monitor and track the progress of projects
● Create and maintain project and assignment documentation via monday.com software
● Master the POS to aid business structure revisions for pricing and product platforms.
● Drive deadlines, Monitor, update, and communicate
● The ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
● Run miscellaneous errands for executives as requested.
● Respond to incoming emails and occasionally brief execs on the contents of said e-mails.
● Manage Travel or assigned business trips
● Perform additional duties as requested.
● Communicate with and support multiple companies.
● Ensure all products are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
● any other duties assigned.
