The Position: Position General Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager manages internal partners and external agencies in the day-to-day digital distribution of paid media marketing, web implementation projects, and Email/CRM automation across owned and paid digital channels to achieve organizational goals. The Digital Marketing Manager manages a multidisciplinary team of digital marketers to educate and engage B2C and B2B audiences with the organization. Essential Position Functions: Partner with Web Services Producer and assist in managing the organization’s three external websites, including website strategy, design, development, ongoing updates, SEO strategy, and user experience Partner with Paid Media Specialist and oversee execution of paid digital media activities and strategies Assist in measuring ROI and confirming goals are achieved Partner with Email/CRM Specialist and oversee that the Email/CRM program execution is aligned with digital strategy and distribution goals Manage and supervise distribution team direct reports including general leadership, planning, organizing, reviewing, and succession training Support digital advertising and SEM efforts as needed in conjunction with Creative Marketing team Assist in developing Analytics and Attribution Strategies for all Marketing & Communications Develop best practices and cross-channel attribution models to report success and ROI of all marketing and digital initiatives Ensure that the brand experience and messaging is integrated and consistent across all digital distribution touchpoints Partner with Digital Strategy Director to align team goals and processes Partner with cross-functional teams to help team members understand viable digital marketing solutions for websites, products, courses, systems, and other needed items Complete special projects as assigned Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate respect for others All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established (These essential functions are not to be construed as a complete statement of all duties performed. Minimum Requirements: Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or other related fields; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Experience: Five years' experience in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or other related fields Three years' experience supervising, managing, and/or leading others Knowledge, abilities and skills: Knowledge of digital channels, specifically web, eCommerce, Email/CRM, Analytics, SEO, Digital Paid Media Ability to analyze complex data sets, and develop insights and recommendations, plans of action, and formulate alternative resolutions and improvements Ability to collaborate with team members and establish relationships at all organizational levels Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a strong attention to detail Skilled in presenting to audiences of all sizes Demonstrated ability to take initiative with limited direction Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent project management skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously using prioritization and delegation Strong interpersonal, leadership, motivation, and communication skills Drive and ambition, combined with a positive attitude Experience creating and implementing marketing processes Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to coordinate with advertising agency as needed Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans CORE COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS: COMMUNICATION SKILLS Clearly and effectively conveys and/or presents information verbally;
