Fluidra North America is Hiring a Quality Coordinator Near Phoenix, AZ

Fluidra’s looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management Systems & Health, Safety, Environmental required to manage risk and facility safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing activities. Additionally, you will:

· Develop procedures and facilitate implementation of solutions to ensure production of quality products

· Management of Corrective Action Request logs documenting Failure Modes, Root Cause Analyses, Corrective Actions, and Audits for Effectiveness

· Manage customer complaints of poor quality to ensure all are investigated, documented and the corrective actions are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders

· Develop a formal training process to include welding operations, inspection and testing

· Manage the use and control of calibrated inspection and test equipment

· Develop visual, dimensional and test procedures for new and existing products

(Willing to train)

· Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents, and related events

· Support the FLUIDRA Global EHS initiatives through continuous improvement and process development

· Educate employees on safety standards and expectations as well as safe machinery operation

· Investigate accidents that occur onsite and identify possible causes of the accident

WHAT WE SEEK

· 2 years’ experience with Quality Management Systems

· Experience with 8D (RCCA), A3 and/or AIAG CQI-20 Problem-Solving models is a plus.

· Experience deploying the AIAG Core Tools in a manufacturing facility is a plus.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation

· Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with employees and project managers

· Understanding of how to read blueprints and other construction plans preferred in some fields

· Leadership skills, such as the ability to motivate a team and provide feedback

· NDT Level II PT, AWS-CWICertification preferred

EDUCATION

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
