Responsibilities:
- Prepare and decorate according to bakery recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth operations during events
Skills:
- We will train new staff and prefer pastry chef, baker or dessert crafter
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
