ROLE SUMMARY

As a night-shift Key Holder, you will assist in managing the night-time home deliveries. You will manage the delivery team, fulfill orders and close out the drawers. You are responsible for ensuring the patients get their medicine in a timely manner. You will help to create the energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing the right solutions and providing the knowledge needed for patients to safely use our products. You understand that the Fluent dispensary is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you reviewing a doctors’ recommendation and with the support of your store team members, you match those needs with the right products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completes night shift opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently and ensures cash handling standards are met and company funds are secured.
• Manage the home delivery fulfillment through order processing and medicine dispensing with the delivery team
• Manage the delivery team
• Conduct batch inventory counts.
• Open and close cash drawers
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist on deliveries as applicable.
• Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken.
• Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research/investigation.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is good condition.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Maintain adequate knowledge of the product guide and understand the benefits of Medical Cannabis.
• Responsible for closing the store, conducting daily inventory, and locking up or unlocking the dispensary, as applicable.
• Communicate with the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager, and the Regional Manager regarding any related issues.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• two years of previous experience with customer service desired
• two years of Sales experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Diligent and responsible attitude.
• Presentable demeanor and friendly nature.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• Must be a multitasker with the ability to work on several requests simultaneously without losing focus.

This job operates in a dispensary environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This night-time job may require shifts from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 25 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
