Flowers Baking Company is Hiring a Retail Sales Associate (part-time) Near Waynesboro, VA
We are currently looking for a part-time retail sales associate that can work 10 hours per week. This may include Saturdays.
Retail Sales Associate Pay: $13.39/hour (weekly pay)
Duties for Retail Sales Associate:
- Stock Shelves
- Run cash register
- Assist Customers
- Check in Independent Distributor’s stales
- Go to bank and make deposits/get change
- Count down cash drawer
- Pricing with a pricing gun
- Learn to open and close the store independently
- Weekly inventory
- Monthly inventory where you may have to stay over after your shift for a hour or two to do inventory (monthly)
Retail Sales Associate Requirements:
- Ability to lift, stand, and bend for extended periods of time of up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to travel to other stores periodically.
- Must have good mathematical skills. Ability to count money, count back change, add, subtract, multiply, etc.
