SALES JOB WITH CREATIVE OUTLET • We are excited to be offering a unique opportunity for a strong Event Sales candidate who also has creative hands and an open mindset within a busy 20 year old New York City flower shop! We are looking for Sales Manager to help grow in-house and off-site events as we continue to flourish aspect of our business. While this position does require a strong sales personality and 3 years of sales experience, we also want to ensure that candidates are willing to step into our space in a creative aspect and embrace the floral design at our retail location.

Position:

Set schedule plus additional hours are contingent on events and seasonality

Base Pay starts at $25 per hour Commission based on event bookings

Requirements:

• Must have 3 years of sales experience & floral experience is a plus!

• Must be organized, creative, energetic & a forward-thinking problem-solver who is able to prioritize and focus on the completion of tasks, with an attention to detail.

• Ability to deliver superior and personalized customer service is a must.

• Must be someone who is dependable, timely, cool under pressure and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
