Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and distributors in the Southern California region and beyond
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with internal and 3rd party teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with customers
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer information
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively promote and sell products or services
- Experience in account management to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in sustainability and knowledge of water and plumbing systems is a plus.
