Flourish is Hiring a Studio Manager Near Saint Petersburg, FL

As a Studio Manager with FLOURISH, you will be helping to keep the studio running and organized. You will be the assistant to the owner of the studio and have the opportunity to excel in a variety of tasks.

You will aid in successfully working with clients within the FLOURISH standard of Accuracy, Quality and Timeliness with a focus on pampering the client(s) and making their experience unique, enjoyable and memorable.

You will be a highly organized individual who excels in multitasking and communication. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, exemplary organizational skills, and proficiency in telephone etiquette. This role requires the ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity. The successful candidate will demonstrate adeptness in self-management and the capability to deliver excellent results consistently.

Hours starting at 10-20 hrs/week, with potential for growth.

(This is NOT a photographer position, nor will it turn into a photographer position. Photographers or aspiring photographers need not apply here. We will post when a photographer position is open.)

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Answering the phone & calling leads and clients
  • Maintaining contact with clients, via email and phone calls
  • Calling clients to confirm appointments and insure they are ready for their appointments
  • Uploading images from shoots and culling to help lead photographer to prepare for ordering session
  • Keeping workflows on track
  • Understanding of how a CRM functions
  • Scheduling vendors and other team members
  • Handling emails
  • Managing review requests and reviews
  • Creating and manage a social media calendar and posting
  • Creating Social Media Content
  • Maintaining file management
  • Ordering prints and assembling client orders
  • Delivering client orders
  • Behind the Scenes Video
  • Editing BTS & studio videos
  • Uploading final images to client gallery
  • Working in various Mac programs; Numbers, Pages, Mail, etc
  • Tracking and following leads
  • Performing miscellaneous Office Duties; organizing, cleaning, restocking
  • Representing Flourish in the community
  • Reading & Signing Employee Manual and Non-Disclosure
  • Charging Equipment

  • Help during shoots w/Lighting / Set Setup Moving Props

  • Catering to client, making coffee, etc.

  • Keeping team on schedule

  • Studio Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Prep for Shoots and Reset Studio

Qualifications

  • 3 years administrative experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a valid driver’s license required
  • Able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Organized, pleasant and excels at being on the phone
  • Able to work well within a team setting as well as working independently
  • Amazing customer service and communication skills
  • Willing and able to travel as needed locally
  • Coachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality output
  • Takes initiative to make sure things are done without being asked
