Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Experience:
The successful candidate should have experience or skills in:
- Online scheduling
- Dental office procedures like verifying and filing insurances (nice-to-have)
- Personal assistant tasks
- Computer literacy
- Bilingual (spanish nice-to-have)
