Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our medical office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and inputting their information into the software system during check-in.
Collecting payments and scheduling the next appointment during check-out.
Helping with the collection of past due balances by sending statements or contacting patients directly.
Assisting with treatment planning by presenting options, discussing costs, collecting funds, and updating records.
Calling to schedule appointments for overdue recalls, outstanding treatments, and broken appointments.
Verifying insurance and entering insurance information.
