Position Overview:
As a Logistics Account Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our logistics department ensuring the efficient movement of goods, and timely deliveries.. You will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and strategic individual to contribute to the success of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated customer accounts, fostering strong relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and Logistics teams to understand client requirements and preferences, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of logistics strategies.

Order Coordination:

• Coordinate the processing, fulfillment, and tracking of customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
• Liaise with warehouses and carriers to schedule pickups, monitor transit times, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels using our logistics management system.
• Generate shipping documents, invoices, and other relevant paperwork in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

• Proactively identify potential logistics challenges and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to implement effective solutions.
• Address any discrepancies or issues related to orders, shipments, or billing in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, account management, or a similar role within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Adobe).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering results that align with company objectives.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
