We are looking for a responsible supervisor to perform a variety of janitorial, administrative and physical tasks. The ideal candidate should have great oral and written communication skills and be able to inspect and clean. Ultimately, a successful supervisor should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our accounts. Responsibilities

• Provide training for new and existing employees
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues
• Arrive to work at the scheduled time and perform services to established standards.
• Comply with all security policies and procedures related to performing tasks, using products or supplies, and reporting incidents.
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments/meetings when needed
• Provide general support to employees
• Order and organize supplies
• Must take initiative
• Must be a good leader and manager a team of 15 employees
• Must be able to strategize and move employees around for accurate coverage
• Provide adequate training to employees regarding chemicals, procedures and strategies used by FPG
• Must be able to work under limited supervision

• Bilingual - English & Spanish speaking.

• Must pass a criminal background check.

Pay is $19.25 per hour

You Will report to 1 location only! Location is by Dolphin Mall.
