Florida Perfection SW is Hiring an Account Receivable Clerk Near Cape Coral, FL
Florida Perfection is in need of a part-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk!
Working days would be Monday through Thursday, 4hrs a day.
Job duties include:
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Assist in Invoicing
- Assist bank reconciliations
- Assist Credit Card reconciliations
- Opening mail
- · Writing checks
- Skills & Abilities: Proficient in Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Word.
Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills. Ability to identify issues and offer solutions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
Experience level:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
