Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical duties and data entry.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Provide general office support
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with proofreading documents
- Support the team with any necessary administrative tasks
-Creating spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a clerical or office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and file management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills (Written/Verbal)
- Familiarity with software applications for word processing and spreadsheets
