**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Provider Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our network of healthcare providers, primary care physicians (PCPs), and health plans. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the capability to expand their professional portfolio within our organization.
**Duties:**
-Serve as the primary contact for providers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
-Maintain accurate provider information in our databases.
-Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to manage data and generate reports.
-Create and manage documents using Adobe Acrobat.
-Communicate effectively via Gmail and other communication tools.
-Assist in the development and implementation of provider training and support materials.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
-Contribute to process improvements and organizational projects.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with primary care physicians (PCPs) and health plans.
-Understand and navigate healthcare plans, policies, and procedures to support providers effectively.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure Provider satisfaction
- Follow up with Providers to ensure concerns are resolved to their satisfaction
**Experience:**
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
- Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in a medical office is advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
-High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Experience with Adobe Acrobat for document management.
-Effective use of Gmail for professional communication.
-Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Previous experience in healthcare management, specifically working with primary care physicians (PCPs) and health plans.
-Strong understanding of healthcare plans, policies, and provider relations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
