About the job: The Universal Teller provides excellent customer service to current and potential members and represents the Credit Union in a positive, professional manner. The Universal Teller will assist current and potential members with inquiries about our products and services and make appropriate recommendations. Universal Teller’s work with other departments to resolve member inquiries, problems and complaints. Additionally, Universal Tellers will fulfill the duties of a Teller as well as some duties of a Member Service Representative as needed and conduct these activities in accordance with Credit Union policies, goals and objectives established by management.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience in a business/financial environment
