Overview

Base Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 per year individual performance bonus paid monthly $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Competitive annual bonus opportunity up to $14,500

• Professional Development Stipend of $300-$1,000.

Your Role as a BCBA at BlueSprig

As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:

• Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
• Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
• Conduct functional analysis, intake and progress assessments
• Support clients and families to ensure client success
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
• Teach adaptive life skills
• Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients
