The Endoscopy Center Administrator, RN Required, is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operation and oversight of the two high-performing, fast-paced Endoscopy Centers. The management spectrum covers planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating, staff utilization, resource allocation, cost controls, and compliance. The Center Administrator is also responsible for maintaining the Center's supply inventory. The position monitors procedures as determined by senior leadership, to ensure high quality outcomes and compliance with standards established by the state of New Jersey, The AAAHC, and CMS. This position is responsible for patient advocacy, physician relations, staff interaction, and maintaining the Center's schedule.
