Responsibilities: As the first point of contact for incoming calls, you are the first experience on our prospective new clients’ journeys. You set the tone for their experience and journey. We are counting on you to embody respect and etiquette in every interaction, ensuring that both external and internal communications reflect our firm's values.
Answer all incoming calls and filter accordingly; distinguishing between internal inquiries and potential leads or new clients, and handling each with care and professionalism (even if we can’t help these people directly, they should get off the phone with you in a better mood than when they called).
Conduct pre-qualification assessments by asking pertinent questions to determine lead suitability, ensuring that only qualified leads are forwarded for further consideration.
Proactively follow up with online leads received through various channels such as social media, email, and Google, nurturing relationships, and facilitating pre-qualification processes (catch incoming leads from digital and non-digital sources and see if they qualify for us to help them).
Serve as a supportive resource for the firm in multiple departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and leads are managed effectively, stepping in whenever necessary to maintain workflow continuity.
Perform data entry and record-keeping duties, maintaining accurate lead information, updating reports, and ensuring seamless organization of client data and communication logs.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service/facing role is preferred (you need plenty of experience dealing with different kinds of people).
Exceptional and good vibe communication skills with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
