Position Summary
The HR Generalist will work as a member of the HR team and in supporting our best resource – our people! This position will be the first point of contact for the majority of our employees and external partners on HR related queries. Other responsibilities are handling the majority of employee documentation including, recruitment paperwork, background checks, and onboarding. This position requires the ability to rapidly react to and resolve issues and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The HR Generalist will also be responsible for fostering and maintaining internal relationships, assist our employees and leaders through HR related processes and procedures while also assisting in organizational effectiveness efforts.
In this role, the HR Generalist will deliver full life-cycle HR solutions in a number of key areas, such as administrative tasks, new hire onboarding, benefits management, performance management, training and development and other general supporting functions. The HR Generalist will also work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and all levels of management to implement HR policies, practices and procedures as assigned.
