Here at FloorMax, we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Flooring Sales Consultant to join our family-owned business and work out of any of our locations in Silver Spring, Laurel, Columbia or Germantown, MD in a hybrid role where candidates can choose their own "work hours" depending on appointments. Since 1985, we have been committed to delivering exceptional service and premium flooring solutions to customers throughout Maryland and the DC Metro area. To succeed in this role, you should be a people person first and we can teach flooring and construction product knowledge through training. What You’d Be Doing:

• Client Interaction: Engage with residential, retail, realtor, small general contracting, and restoration clients to understand their flooring needs, offering tailored solutions that meet their style and functionality requirements.
• Project Coordination: Manage flooring projects from initial consultation to completion, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for the client.
• Sales Excellence: Drive sales through networking and by building strong, trusting relationships with new customers.
• Community Engagement: Leverage our large referral business to expand customer base and foster community ties, emphasizing our local, trusted presence.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $157,000.00 per year
